Platform Use

Cassé provides a platform for users to exchange electronic devices and components:

• We facilitate connections between users but are not party to transactions
• Users are responsible for their own interactions and exchanges
• We reserve the right to moderate content and remove inappropriate listings
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties

Device Listings

When posting device listings, you agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide truthful descriptions and photos
• Ownership: Only list devices you legally own
• Safety: Ensure devices don't pose safety hazards
• Compliance: Follow all applicable laws and regulations

User Conduct

To maintain a safe and positive community, users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

Limitation of Liability

Cassé's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not responsible for transactions between users
• Users assume all risks associated with device exchanges
• We are not liable for device quality, safety, or functionality
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• By You: Delete your account at any time
• By Us: For violations of these terms or illegal activity
• Effect: Termination removes access but doesn't affect completed transactions
• Data: We may retain certain information as required by law
